Relationship....

Good relationship make work easy.
Poor relationship make work worth.
This is what I have learn in a company and a society.

I consider very lucky because everyone is good to me.
My staffs, My Client, My supplier, My Manager, My trainer
& the top management...
Sometime, I was asking myself, everyone good to me is it I'm 'Lucky'
or I already know how to play the 'Relationship Game'....?

I wondering..if a relationship game can make my work easy and getting better.
It is also part of my job duty?

mean that "devil go away, luck come in", therefore they have
to eat sushi rollwithout cutting And the main date is on 03/02/2010.

because today my client "uncle" date me for shopping with him...

Complete 10 month training....
Feel so happy because i do not need to attend classes, assignment & workbook.
But, the bad thing is we can't meet each others so easily because some of
them are from Penang, Ipoh or Seremban.

Hari Raya....
I was so busy on Hari Raya eve because on 17,18 and 19 Sept we have to do
full time and the business hour will be 10pm to 12pm on 17 & 18. So tired...
Not only that, all my staffs was Melay and we shortage of manpower therefore
i plan to work 10 days without taking my off day.

20 & 21 Sept, "Raya Baju" is allow and every staffs are wearing so pretty
including me...hehe
One of my staff borrowed her daughter "Baju" for me and they hope that I can
wear it. if not, i just plan to wear my uniform...

August, 2009

Our company provide a lot of training for the management trainee included
external Trainer Ms Mag from SMI centre of Excellent Asia. The class is
very interesting and is all about the practice of execution. How to become
an effective leader in group.

The game that we play is also very challenging called as logo game.
every group have 1 package of logo and our job is to used all the logo we have
to achieve the high given from the instruction. If we achieve our goal than we
can get 10 million but if we want to know how tall is the high was it, we have to used RM 5000 to buy the equipment. But because everyone was so care about the money, finally all group was failure to achieve the high given and negative GP in the end of our business.

The trainer told us that we should invest the RM5000 to know the high of it and
if we are willing to invest the RN 5000 than we may achieve the goal the return/
result may become 10 million.

What she said is right and this is what I learn from the game. Every thanks to
Ms Mag because share a lot of experience to me and all the knowledge that I get
from the class was so useful for my job.

Oh.....
Long time didn't updates my blog, hope that it won't be so late.
Almost forget what is happening last few months, but i will still try
to write down what I remember.

July 18,2009
They was a Japan festivity/celebration on 18 July 2009 called as
Bonodori and is organize by Japan Club. This is the first time I
hear about this Japanese celebration in Malaysia and I have no ideas
about it.

Our store and department is joining for this celebration. My work is
just helping HQ merchandise team to make sushi/onigiri at PC Puchong
and started loading around 2pm.

Almost all Japanese restaurants companies was joined on this event and
most of them are Japanese includes the customers. Is quite difficult
for me on that day because they keep speaking Japanese language with
me but I can't understand at all and my project manager Ikuno san &
Bakery project manager Kagika san have to explain to me..a bit malu....

Around 9pm, all sushi set and onigiri was sold and I was so enjoyed
taking picture because all the girl was so pretty with the kimono and the kids so cute...But, too bad i lost my h/p and all my picture was gone.
